Once again, the ecology of Rain World continues to surprise and delight our research team.

We’ve encountered yet another new variety of lizard today, and this is perhaps the most exciting specimen we’ve uncovered yet! We were making our way through some dense underbrush and nearly passed directly under it until we noticed shifting colors. This white variant seems to have the same phosphorescence as previously encountered species, but to an even greater degree. We’re eager to observe this species in its natural environs, but I fear we’ll have to move on tomorrow. Still, the fact that we keep running into these variants is absolutely extraordinary. I can’t wait to see what else we’ll find on this expedition. Discovery awaits!
